Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-out: 10 am.
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; guests proceed directly to the cabin. Door code will be emailed after all payments are made, and resent a week before your stay.

Parking Information

  • Level parking available for two vehicles.
  • Free parking is provided.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Fireplaces: On during October 1st - February 28th / Off during March 1st - September 30th.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
  • Only dogs are allowed.
  • Guests must bring a crate.
  • Do not leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
  • Please clean up after your pet(s).
  • If fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
